HUMAN RESOURCES STAFF

Qualification:

• Male/ Female,  age max.  35 years old.
• Bachelor degree from any major, preferably from Psychology with min GPA 3.00.
• Min. 2 year of Human Resource generalist experience.
• Excellent command of MS-Office.
• Good knowledge of Indonesia Labor Law & Regulation.
• Good communication in English both writen & speaking.
• Excellent negotiation skill, good in managing people, highly committed, multitasking, pleasant attitude, strong analytical skill.
• Good experience in recruitment, training and people development, compensation and benefit, payroll, HR administration.
• Manage and coordinate all recruitment activity, starting from analyze man power needs, job posting activity.
• Able to used pyschological test for the selection and interview process.
• Skillful in preparing, conducting and evaluating psychological test.
• Having knowledge of plan, develop, evaluate ,improve and communicate methods and techniques for compensating, evaluating and training workers.
• Prepare reports, such as organization and flow charts and career path reports to summarize job analysis and evaluation and compensation analysis information.
