Talk to others who are where you want to be, ask questions and find resources that will add to your knowledge base. An educated and informed person is more likely to be successful.
Step #2 - Ascertain your personality. After completing Step #1, you should have a really good idea of what is involved in entrepreneurship, at least as it pertains to your particular situation. Be really honest and open with yourself here. You can know everything there is to know about home business, and still not be suited to the life. Can you work alone with little social interaction? Are you able to stay motivated no matter what? Willing to work as hard as necessary to make your enterprise financially stable and thriving? Answer the really hard and important questions now, before diving in with both feet and discovering that you don't have the necessary drive and determination.
Step #3 - Keep your eye on the prize and your mind on the positive. You've done all your homework and made it through the first two steps. Everything looks good and you're going ahead with your plan to become a Successful Home Business Entrepreneur. You need to believe in yourself fully because that dream about making money while sipping margaritas is getting closer and more exciting. Let that positive energy and feeling of freedom carry you all the way to realizing your goals. You're taking a leap of faith necessary to fulfill your dream.
