Do you know WHY you do what you do for a job or career? Do you know why you behave the way you do in your daily actions and circumstances?
Many people think that WHAT they do is the most important thing, and HOW they do it, is right up there as most important. Granted, what and how you do things are very important, but it really is WHY you do things that makes all the difference and allows people to believe in you and trust you.
Do you know your WHY? Ask yourself, what causes you to get up in the morning and do what you do? What makes you want to create or produce something everyday? Why do you do what you do, and why should anyone care? It all comes down to your PASSION in life and your WHY in life.
If you own a business and want to attract more customers to you and your products and business, you can share the features and benefits of your products, and offer reasons why your customers may want to purchase something from you. Or, you can explain your beliefs and give your customers a reason that will be relevant to them, on how or why your business and product can help them fill their needs. By messaging in this way, you are giving your customers your beliefs, your reason, your WHY, that you do what you do.
People buy from people that they feel a connection to, someone that has similar beliefs, and most importantly, someone they can trust. If you can gain your customers trust, you can INSPIRE them into changing their behavior instead of manipulating their behavior through fear or loss of something. Give your customers a reason to know your WHY, that you care about helping them for real, you will have a loyal customer for life.
